L1D is a Swiss FINMA-authorized asset manager led by an experienced interdisciplinary team. We invest in leading protocols and companies in the crypto space and actively allocate to top-performing crypto funds and businesses globally from our Zurich and New York offices.

What the job actually is:

You source deals, build investment theses, write research, travel to conferences and monitor and support investments. You'll start as an Analyst with a real path to GP over time.

What we're really looking for:

You can respect a founder's vision but remain relentlessly objective when underwriting the deal. You understand the difference between having access and having an edge, and never confuse the two.

• Background: a foundation in Math, Physics, CS or TradFi
• Crypto native: you code (or have agents do it for you), you're onchain, you understand DeFi beyond talking points
• Rational under pressure, comfortable being wrong, more comfortable being unpopular
• High commitment: this is a 24/7 global market and we operate like it

Location: Zurich or NYC

Compensation: competitive base + uncapped variable tied to fund and individual performance
